TERMS OF SERVICE
請確定在進行委託前熟讀以下條款，委託開始會默認已讀並同意遵守以下事項。
Please make sure to read the following terms and conditions carefully before considering the commission. Once the order is confirmed, you will read and agree to abide by the following items by default.
一般條款
GENERAL TERMS
價錢會因委託要求而作出調整。
Prices are subject to adjustment based on complexity and reqiurements.
我方保有取消委託的權利。
I have the right to reject any order for any reason.
不接任何R18血腥獵奇（稍微見血則不在此限）、獸人委託。
I will not draw any NSFW and furry art.
付款條件
TERM OF PAYMENT
在確認委託後委託方需付委託全額的50%作定金，並在我方發出付款通知後儘快付款，如委託方沒有預期付款，我方或會取消該次委託並將委託方列入黑名單。
After confirming the commission order, you need to pay 50% of the total amount of the commission as a deposit, and pay as soon as possible after I issue a payment notice. If you do not pay within the deadline, I may cancel the order and put you on the blacklist.
目前只接受以港幣付款，香港本地的委託人可考慮以本地銀行入數或FPS付款。海外委託人一律只提供以PayPal付款。
The current accepted currency is HKD. Local clients in Hong Kong may consider paying by local bank deposit or FPS. Overseas clients can only pay though PayPal.
委託流程
COMMISSION PROCESS
委託人需提供委託資料和要求（角色設定圖、構圖參考/文字描述、檔案畫布大小/上色要求、NG事項等等）

報價後如確認委託會進行排期（工期會按情況而定）
↓
我方會主動聯絡委託方再次確認委託意願，確認委託後需付50%定金再開始繪製。
↓
提交草圖、進行修改（修改部份請參考以下條款）、委託完成後確認沒問題後於一週內或其他議定限期內付尾數，我方會在確認款項後以google drive提交完圖。
The client needs to provide the commission materials and requirements (character setting, composition reference/text description, file canvas size/coloring requirements, NG matters etc.)

After the quotation, if the order is confirmed, I will schedule and provide a slot for you. The period needed to finish the commission piece varies from a few days to a few weeks, depending on factors such as the complexity and requirement of the commissioned piece, and the amount of commissions being worked on.
↓
I will contact you to reconfirm your willingness to place the order. After confirming the order, you need to pay the deposit as mentioned above.
↓
After I submit the sketch, make modifications (please refer to the following terms for modification), and complete the work. You need to pay the final payment within one week or any time period we discussed.
I will submit the drawing with Google drive after confirming the final payment.
修改須知
REVISION
草圖和上色階段各自可以免費修改兩次，其後的修改會酌情收取修改費用。
Sketching and coloring stages can be revised twice free of charge separately, and subsequent revisions will be subject to revision fees as appropriate.
若委託人在線稿/上色階段要求大幅度的修改（包括但不限於更改整個構圖、人物姿勢或服裝等等。）該次修改將會產生額外費用，但不會動用到免費修改次數。
If the client requires substantial revisions during the inking/coloring stage (including but not limited to changes to the entire composition, character poses or clothing, etc.), additional fees will be incurred for such revisions, but the number of free revisions will not be used.
若在委託完成後委託方希望進行修改，我方或會收取額外費用。
If you wish to make changes after the commission is completed, I may charge extra fees.
如果是我方誤解或畫錯，該次修改將不會收費。
If I misunderstood or made a mistake, the revision will not be charged.
版權和使用範圍
COPYRIGHT AND USAGE
我方：
保留隨時取消委託的權利。
保留委託成品的著作人格權及著作財產權。
保留在SNS或個人作品集裡公開展示委託成品，而不需額外知會委託人的權利。
不會在未經委託方同意以成品進行任何形式的營利行為。
I, Merlin (the artist) :
Reserves the right to cancel the commission at any time.
The Moral Right and copyright of the finished products are reserved.
Reserve the right to publicly display the commissioned product in SNS or personal portfolio without additional notice to the commissioner.
Will not use the finished product for any form of profit-making without the consent of the commissioner.
委託方：
可以在會標明我方名稱（梅林/Canaria）或網站、SNS個人檔案鏈結的前提下公開委託成品。
可以在不營利的前提下，以委託成品製作少量的印刷品自用或送禮。
不可以委託成品作任何形式的營利行為。
不可未經我方許可改動委託成品，印刷或發佈為由的裁剪或濾鏡調色則不在此限。
Client/Commissioner :
Can upload the commissioned work on any SNS or website, on the premise of my name (Merlin/Canaria) or website/SNS profile link will be indicated.
On the premise of non-profit, commissioned work can be used to make a small amount of printed matter for personal use or as a gift.
You are not allowed to use the commissioned work for any form of profit-making.
The commissioned product may not be altered without my permission, except for cropping or filter grading for printing or publishing.
退款政策
REFUND POLICY
在委託成立後，委託人不論以任何原因取消委託也不會獲得退款。
After the commission is established, no refund will be given to the client who cancels the order for any reason.
若果我方在委託成立後取消委託，我方會退回所有已收款項。
If I cancel the commission after the commission has been established, I will refund all payment received.
若果委託人在任何未經許可的情況下以PayPal一鍵退款申請退款，我方將會把委託人列入黑名單，並聯絡PayPal取消退款要求。委託人會失去上述所有權利，成品使用權歸我方所有。
If you request a Paypal chargeback without permission, I will blacklist you and contact PayPal to cancel the refund request. You will lose all the above rights, and the right to use the finished product belongs to me.
